1)ugly type/text gets thrown to the side (or in a pile /landfill) throughout the lifecycle of farm to table and the “pretty text” gets used, then at the end something is made from the “ugly text”

3)a more time based concept: going through the time line of where food starts and goes — step by step recipe concept, utilize lots of lines, very gentle message and educating based with acessibility to message and to cooking- think very hungry caterpillar
